Other reason.: There is no specific symptom for cervical cancer. If you have having GYN symptoms , consider seeing a GYN specialist or get a second opinion if the current GYN can't help you

What symptoms?: And what have you been reading? Cervical cancer is usually completely asymptomatic until it's too late. And there is no symptom that's specific for cancer of the cervix and that's not mimicked by a few dozen other illnesses. Get yourself a full workup -- you deserve to know why you're feeling the way you are.
