Better lifestyle: At 20 you should be staying active all day and sleep on time. At least 30 minutes of exercise daily would help. If you stay up too late, your sleep wake cycle is ruined. If you are sedentary or have sleep apnea you will need to adjust. Sleeping pills are definitely the wrong answer at your age unless a doc has a specific diagnosis (unlikely).
