Circadian rhythms: Our bodies have rhythms that need to be maintained for optimal health. Sleep/wake cycles are timed off of sunlight so sleeping at night is always best. But that rhythm can be changed. What is important is to be consistent. If you work at night you need to try to always sleep during the day. Don't switch to night sleeping on your days off.
