Insomnia: May be menopause vs hyperactive thyroid, vs medication , anxiety. Consider estrogens replacement or plants alternatives which may ease some of the symptoms of menopause. Check thyroid hormones, cortisol, even check for sleep apnea. consider melantonin 1 mg( to start), sleep hygiene, a pattern to get to bed every night , Avoid caffeine in alter PM, f/u with doctor /urgent care
