About

Bio

In practice since 1983, I primarily care for cancer patients and I have helped develop several new solid tumor treatments. There has been phenomenal progress (finally) in the past few years with many more promising and less debilitating treatments for all manner of illness in the pipeline!

Bleeding: Bleeding, especially if overdosed or if there is Pathology. Maybe a stronger period if on schedule. Should not cause a period “off-schedule.”.

Better lifestyle: At 20 you should be staying active all day and sleep on time. At least 30 minutes of exercise daily would help. If you stay up too late, your sleep wake cycle is ruined. If you are sedentary or have sleep apnea you will need to adjust. Sleeping pills are definitely the wrong answer at your age unless a doc has a specific diagnosis (unlikely).

Easy fix: Though borderline bad, we don’t like low 90s. Let someone else check it. Make sure you are relaxed. Sit in a comfortable chair. Do not make a muscle with your bicep. Make sure the cuff lines up correctly based on your arm size. Record the time of Day. Read-up on risk factors for high blood pressure. Easy to avoid adding salt to your view, getting exercise, eating properly. No smoking.
