Exercise with weight: You need strength training to challenge your muscles, that will give you more muscles and increased strength. Your protein needs is probably about 1 gram of protein for every kilogram of weight. Too much protein and or calories as protein doesnt enhance muscle growth, it can end up as fat just as well. It can also put a strain on your kidneys who have to deal with the extra protein.
