Hi dr, what more can i do to loose weight and get fit? i try to eat clean, veggies and protein mostly, and avoid sugar and starch. i also exercise about 3-4 times a week, but i am still not loosing weight. what can i add to my diet?

Calorie deficit: Regardless of the latest fad diet’s, and mild to moderate calorie deficit associate it with regular exercise will help you lose weight. It is not necessarily what you need to add to your diet but actually what you need to eliminate or eat less of. Please seek the advice of a nutritionist and or your primary care specialist.
