Not Too Complicated: I lift weights too.And I've used all kinds of powders in the past and sometimes currently, depending on what i have to do next(go to work or go home for some actual food). But all you really need is one or two grilled chicken breasts, or a cup or two of low fat cottage cheese or low fat veggie patties.You get the drift. Add what you like to that protein core,like veggies or salad plus some fluids
