Balanced diet: The best way to gain muscle is to exercise as you are doing, and eat a balanced diet with plenty of protein such as red meat, chicken, turkey, fish, ape gigs, and milk products. The protein powders do not build muscle any faster. Your muscles don't know the difference between protein from powder and protein from food. Do NOT use any steroids to build muscle, this can be dangerous. Good luck

Nothing : Muscle is built by working out. Muscle grows by stressing it. If you dont workout, no dietary SUPPLEMENT will "grow" muscle. Supplements are called "Supplements" for a reason. The best plan. Hi protein diet with a 3-4 day/week workout plan involving weights. You have to give your body time to repair itself in between workouts (48 hours or so).
