I'm a 24yo, 128lbs female. I exercise 45-90 minutes/day and eat a high protein(~200g/day) and high fiber(~50g/day) diet. My recent metabolic panel reports high BUN(24), high BUN/creatinine ratio(28) and high ALT(35). Could this be from high protein?
