Really small: The chances of a 48 yo with your history conceiving are really small; I can't give an exact figure but would guess far less than 1 in 100 and even if you conceived the odds are good it would not result in giving birth. If you really do want another baby you can explore IVF (in-vitro fertilization) but it is expensive, cumbersome and there is no guarantee of success (or consider adoption).
