Before kids i had midcycle bleeds every other month.i found out i had small polyp in 2017. had my 2nd baby in april.after my 2nd period after baby i had midcycle bleed. went for tv ultrasound.my uterine polyp went away. am i in the clear for cancer?

It is very common to polyps to go away after pregnancy due to many of the changes associated with the pregnancy and delivery. It certainly is important to continue to be monitored and checked on a regular basis as polyps can reoccur overtime. Because of your age you’re at low risk for uterine cancer
