Abnormal menstrual bleeding is common and multifactoral, and the evaluation consists of a pelvic exam, tests of blood, sexually transmitted infection tests and uterine imaging. So to answer your question yes, it's possible but not the most likely thing. You need to make an appointment to see GYN. Then you will get some answers.
