On my back where my lungs are i feel pain there whenever i take a deep breath/yawn/cough. and whenever i spit out mucus there's a lot of blood in it.

Bloody Mucous.: At your age infection is most likely and TB is one of these. A tumor is less likely. Not anywhere near enough information to tell what is going on but see a physician right away. This has the potential to be very serious for you and the people around you. See a physician now.
