my lungs hurts but i don't know if it is back pain i don't smoke ....i don't cough or fever.just every time i take deep breath or yawn to much to breath.

Thoracic spine: Since you already suffer from lower back pain, it is possible that you also have thoracic spine pathology, which is causing you to have chest wall pain. See a neurologist.
