I don't have any cough ,shortness of breath,weight loss but sometimes when i suck or sniff my nose and then spit from mouth it will produce traces of blood in my mucus. also have dried/semi dried nasal mucus while i clear my nose manually?

I don't think of a sinus infection here, but am impressed with the persistent dryness of your nasal membranes. Are you living in a household with excessively dry conditions from the heating system? If so, this would make you more susceptible to prolonged colds. A humidifier would be helpful. Also irrigations with clean salt water or saline nasal spray can be used. See an ENT specialist as needed
