I agree!: Those sound like the symptoms of Eustachian tube dysfunction. The mucus membranes in the nose and sinuses stay inflamed for 17-18 days on average after a viral cold, this inflammation is part of the healing process. Also, brain tumor that would cause these kinds of problems would also cause a whole bunch of neurological issues that would be obvious to any clinician, so probably not the cause.
