Loosing weight is about burning fat, and you do that by exercising hard for fifteen minutes or more so that all the available blood sugar is used up and you then start to burn body fat. Immediately after a meal is not the best time to run. Running at that time may interfere with your digestion and will not be as effective as day time running.
