Does not always work: Plantar fat pad atrophy is an easy on to diagnose. Whether or not it is your problem, is a different story. Many conditions can contribute to metatarsalgia, and much more information is need to make the connection. It may need that orthotics alone are not the answer. To remove all doubt, connect with another specialist.
