Pain consult: See a pain management specialist to rule out chronic regional pain syndrome. Other option is a rheumatology work up for a connective tissue disorder.

Plantar Fascitis: Sometimes plantar fascitis is hard to treat and can take upto two years to heal. Daily rolling your foot on a tennis ball as hard as you can, long term use of night splints at night helps keep the foot stretched all night , paying attention to keeping foot stretched while sitting , daily icing with frozen water bottle will cure it. Foot adjustments by good chiropractor also helps , Good luck.
