Morton’s neuroma: Most likely a neuroma, or hypersensitive nerve ending. Care must be taken in treating this as surgery often fails and can make it worse. See a PMR doc, pedorthist (specialist in shoes and inserts, or podiatrist, or orthopoedist who specializes in feet. The arch pain is most likely due to an ill fitting orthotic, poor shoe choice, plus repeat trauma from running. Good luck
