Complete white out in one eye, i get confused tired when it happens, ruled out migraine, what else can cause one eye vision loss.

One eye vision loss: THere is a condition called amuarosis fugax when the vessel that supplies the eye will get blocked with a plaque broken off from a blood vessel: cholesterol deposit. (or a clot) The vision will come back when the plaque is dislodged but this condition is a pre stroke condition and should be closely monitored and the cholesterol should be lowered. see you family doctor for further work up.
