Most important thing: Bowel (and likely bladder incontinence) & emesis during sleep is concerning. I think this needs to be looked at immediately. The most important thing to rule out is some type of nocturnal epileptic condition. Other symptoms you mention are consistent with what people can feel following an episode (post ictal phase). I recommend you get an ASAP appt. with neurology. Start documenting things.
