See a neurologist: Muscle spasms, problems with vision and bad fatigue. Make a list of every neurological symptom you've had as an adult and try to remember how long each problem lasted. If you have had "multiple neurological symptoms spread out over time and the neuroaxis" I recommend you undergo a proper evaluation for demyelinating disorders like MS.

See a physician ASAP: It's impossible to make a diagnosis, without examining you, as to the cause of R sided pain/spasm in head, belly, off balance and vision trouble. A physician would have to take a careful medical history and do a careful exam to come to a diagnosis. Your symptoms of being off balance and vision problems is worrisome because they could indicate a stroke or warning of one to come> to Urgent Care/ER
