Rx migraine aura (no pain) and my left side goes numb, i feel nauseous, tired, strange afterwords.. but is it normal to feel uncoordinated and confused during? like depersonalized or dissociated?

Migraine: Yes, it is possible to have post-migraine symptoms, or even the symptoms you're describing while having a migraine. However, if these are new symptoms from your typical migraine that your doctor diagnosed you with before, then you should be evaluated again to be sure it's nothing new or different.
