No spots by migraine: Migraine is a primary headache disorder. In contrast, a secondary headache is an organic headache that is symptomatic of an underlying problem, like spots, MS, tumors, etc.

Spots & migraine: It's hard to say exactly how white matter spots and migraine headaches are related. I do not think anyone has the answer. We recognize an association, that is all. A single brain lesion does not normally indicate MS-- many brain lesions, evolving over time, and in the absence of other causes-- that is what would make MS more suspicious.

MRI: You seem to be putting the cart before the horse. Do you actually have neurological symptoms consistent with MS, or is there a question that one lesion would confirm a disease, which by description is "multiple". Also, is it clear that your "spot" is due to migraine or some other condition. Have a comprehensive conference with your physician and get this addressed.
