Hit head hard worsening severe headache. 3 days in went to er numbness in right side of face, blurred vision,fatigue, confusion. ct shows arachnoid cyst previous ct showed mcm. er said im developing migraines. should i be worried about a concussion?

A concussion is an acute time limited brain injury and in of itself, is merely a term which does not imply a traumatic brain injury. On the other hand, closed head injuries with or without concussion can cause post-traumatic headaches, which you appear to have. See a neurologist and start therapeutic control.
