Not a D.I.Y. job: Especially if this continues even for several hours, get to a doctor or urgent care - even an ER. An exam is needed to even begin a solid DX. Start there and follow up as you get advice. The range of possibilities is too big so it's pointless to mis-lead you. I hope it's easy to treat well and you feel good soon.
