Various symptoms: It sounds like you are concerned about a possible pregnancy. If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available at any pharmacy. If negative then you will need to see a primary care doctor to evaluate heartburn and rapid heart rate.
