Mpa shows fusiform aneurysm (31mm). ivc dilated at 37mm. ra is 54mm, rvedd is 49mm, la is 58mm. results were via a cardiac mri. hx of cardiac paraganglioma and htn (tumor removed/ medicated for bp). is this pulmonary htn? is heart echo indicated?
