L&R arm BP: Since the differences between the BP in both arms is only about 5 mms, I wouldn't be concerned about that. A good goal for you would be about 130/80 or lower. Lifestyle changes( ideal weight, low salt,caffeine, alcohol intake, less stress, good sleep, regular exercise) may be all you need to achieve this or low dose medication may be needed. Discuss with your MD.
