Get evaluated ASAP..: You need to see a pulmonary doctor who specializes in pulmonary hypertension. You need to be evaluated to see if you have pulmonary hypertension which is an increase in the blood pressure in the lungs’ blood vessels. If you have pulmonary hypertension, for whatever reason, the heart has to work harder to pump the blood and this can lead to dilation and tricuspid regurgitation. See specialist ASAP!
