Should be evaluated: Hard to answer--must know the reason for right heart enlargement, which would be the goal for a fetal echo. We would look for defects increasing the strain or workload for the right heart (e.g., a tricuspid or pulmonary valve problem, restrictive foramen ovale or ductus arteriosus, coarctation, etc.). Some of these problems may resolve, some may progress, while a coarct would be quite dangerous.
