I have a ringworm i think, had it for 4 weeks now, creams don't work, getting worse and bigger, on top of right hand - ketazol / lamisil and selsun used so far?

Not ringworm: If it is not responding to lamisil applied twice daily for 2 wks then it is probably not ringworm, and you should have it checked by your Dr. Other conditions can look similar to ringworm, like nummular eczema, contact dermatitis, bacterial infections etc. your Dr or dermatologist would be able to help determine which treatment would work best.
