A member asked:

My daughter has a rash in between her fingers where the finger connects to the next finger/hand. lamisil (terbinafine) isnt working so is this not a ringworm?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Maybe: Ringworm/fungal infection is occasionally found between fingers and toes. This could be a fungal infection that is resistant to lamisil (terbinafine). However, eczema can also imitate fungal infection, and cause redness and peeling and itching. You may want your doctor to take a fine scraping of rash and send to lab for microscopy before further treatment. You can fine tune the treatment, knowing the cause.
