Ringworm looks like a circular rash which spreads radially and looks like a spreading circle like a ring formed when a stone is throne is throne into water. The ring is raised at the edge and flaky and is smooth in the middle. Certain drugs will kill it and others don't. You may have either the wrong diagnosis or the wrong med. see a doc.

Fugal o r bacteria: Odd to spread so fast and far. Could it be bacteria? Might need antibiotis. If it's ringworm might have to add an oral dose to topical cream for 2-3 weeks to knock it. Get a doctor to confirm diagnosis and pick best meds. I use both topical and pill in aggressive or advanced cases. If you can send clt. ose-up focused shot. Should help. Good luck.
