Aerobic exercise: Aerobic exercise, rather weight lifting, would be more conducive to weight loss. You do not need any supplements, but need to reduce you food intake. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Glucomannan may help: There are no magic pills for losing weight but there is some evidence than glucomannan may help somewhat. For an objective review of popular supplements (most of which don't work) see https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/12-weight-loss-pills-reviewed#section10 The best results come from a healthy diet and exercise.
