Normal: Breasts are usually somewhat irregular. This is due to chest wall muscles. Your handedness increases the muscles on that side of the chest more since you use that arm and hand more often. Get a mammogram to make sure everything is fine.

Little concern: I assume that you are reading a report of a mammogram. The quoted segment is a finding that is within the normal range. It means that there is evident of breast tissue ('fibroglandular") and that there is difference from one side to the other. This is common - nobody is perfectly symmetrical one side to the other.

Asymmetric: means that either the right/left breast sizes or the glandular tissue patterns are not the same as one another. This may simply represent normal variations, which are common. More details are necessary to determine whether this is what is going on in your case, so talk to your doc. Why are you having a mammogram at 25?
