If you are really 120 I would nor worry about it. Would need to see films to be able to help much.

The left and right breasts are not mirror images. There's a difference in the top front of the right breast only seen in the image where the x-ray beam came at an angle, from the opposite side of the body, passed through the breast to the film at the same side as the breast. Its not seen on other views so may be an illusion from overlapping shadows. Mammogram in a 120-year-old? Please correct age.
