Need more eval: Birads 0 means it is incomplete and further evaluation is needed. They either will recommend you to get an ultrasound or MRI to further evaluate the breast density.

Not necessarily : Birads categories are just a shorthand way of communicating. Zero means test results are not certain, and you need another test to find out what's going on. You may need a close up mammogram, ultrasound, or maybe even a biopsy. In my experience, about 80% of the time it turns out to be something benign. Do follow up about it to be sure.
