No but pelvic exerci: No caseine pwder and whey protein will not help, but pelvic exercises wil help.

PT for Pelvic Floor!: Like any voluntary muscle, the pubococcygeus muscle (the large muscle that encompasses the urethra, vagina, and rectum) can be strengthened by exercise. You can even get physical therapy for your pelvic floor! imagine! they actually use small weights - held inside the vagina to make the muscle stronger. Look up kegel exercises, too. You have to do a lot of them to work, though. Don't give up.
