Why, not whey: Why are you taking whey protein. What is the problem you think you have and what do you think whey protein is going to do to improve it? How are you going to measure that improvement? For someone who is young, apparently healthy and active you certainly think you need a lot of unnecessary supplements. Save your money. Don't get your medical inforation from friends, tv and the internet.

Not just whey!: Whey is a high quality protein. It has only 4 cal/ gram. Use it to supplement weight training. Maximal dose is 1 gram/lb of weight. So use the whey to bring you up in your diet. No benefit accrues after the 1 gram/ lb!
