Doxepin or cyclobenz: Tomoz upon his habit forming and you want to avoid that. Doxepin is a good choice and so is cyclobenzaprine. Neither of those are habit-forming. But It can help sleep. You need to discuss with your physician about their use their benefits in there side effects.
