I took 2mg diazepam about 3 hours ago, had trouble sleeping and took 10mg temazepam and then i completely forgot i had taken diazepam, is this safe?

Yes, but: It is safe but it is not appropriate for a 20 years old to be on significant anti-anxiety and sleep meds. I urge a consultation with a sleep physician if you need these strong meds to sleep.
