Hi i have bpd2 and take saphris (asenapine) 10mg, 30mg temazepam mad 15mg zopliclone to sleep. still cannot get a full nights sleep. now what?

I would: , if you were my patient, stop the temazepam and zopiclone and either raise the saphris (asenapine) to 15 mg at bedtime, or keep it at 10mg and start trazodone at 50 mg, gradually increasing by 50 mg every other day until you were sleeping 8 hours a night without feeling hungover. Please discuss with your psychiatrist.
