Hello. i took 10mg of temazepam about 3 hours ago, it's done nothing to help me sleep. is it safe to take 5mg of valium now? i'm on no other medicatio

Your current approach is unlikely to provide satisfactory longterm sleep stability, and you seem to have started to develop medication tolerance which will make this worse. Best to focus upon sleep hygiene, and avoid the pills completely. Perhaps an overnight sleep study will assist.
