Generous: This should be more than enough to allow for you to gain. Relatively few reps, highest possible weight, use creatine and/or an electronic muscle stimualtor if okay with your physician. Most women prefer a natural-looking man & everyone i know who's tried steroids has been sorry. Congratulations on your decision to gym -- it's a great gift to yourself & will make others happy.
