Dx with uc 30 years ago. it's been off and on flares. now dx with stricture in sigmoid, recto/vag fistula, and flat dysplasia. should colon be removed?

Colon dysplasia ?'s: Sigmoid stricture with rectovaginal fistula can be surgically treated, but colon dysplasia can clearly be a pre-malignant condition. Get a referral to a colorectal surgeon for a second opinion, as the technical surgery is complicated to ensure best results.
