Well: Aiming for about 2-2.5h total physical activity per week (30mins per day approx). But don't know if you do other apart from rowing. Plus you may want to add in some resistance work as rowing is largely cardio. Perhaps a session with a personal trainer would be useful for more detailed specifics. Good on you!!
