Eat right: Supplements are rarely needed if you eat well. Balanced diet with lots of fruits and vegetables. The vitamins and minerals are in the food. The antioxidants are better when you chew them.

Balanced Meals: Supplements, though used by some, are not required, even in this situation. If you experience fatigue, injury or stress because of your work load the first consideration should be adequate rest, water, and meals. It sounds like you might want to think about cutting back on your fitness schedule. Adding supplements may mask or even incur further injury.
